Silicon Valley Center is a six-building office campus spanning nearly 440,000 square feet in San Jose, California. The campus' management team has a variety of best practices in place and is focused on providing tenants with top-notch service and efficient operations. "Our management philosophy is simple," explains Eric Dameron-Drew, regional director of operations, LBA Realty. "We want to create a great work space for our tenants that makes them want to keep coming back day after day."
The LBA team has succeeded in implementing a wide-range of innovative practices in the Silicon Valley Center complex. One of their innovative practices has been to employ MACH Energy to provide energy monitoring, reporting, alerting and consulting services. Using MACH Energy has improved energy efficiency, improved Energy Star scores and reduced operating costs. The entire campus earned the LEED Silver certification in 2010.
