Susan Hammer

Susan has over 31 years of high-rise commercial property management experience and has served for 13 years as General Manager for Riverview Realty Partners AMA Plaza at 330 North Wabash, a 1.1 million square foot multi-tenant office building that won 2016 BOMA International Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) in the over 1 million square feet category. Susan holds a BS from the University of Kansas and a MBA in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University. She also is an Illinois Real Estate Broker and holds the Real Property Administrator with High Performance Enhancement (RPA|HP) designation, and is a LEED Accredited Professional with an Operations and Maintenance specialty. She is the Chair of the BOMA/Chicago Education Committee and a teaching faculty member for the RPA track.
Ian O’Neill
President + CEO at Electronic Tenant Solutions
Ian has led ETS since its inception and is a recognized figure in Commercial Real Estate. Previous to founding ETS, Ian founded and operated IGOR Communications, a full service marketing communications firm. Ian began his professional career in politics including leadership roles in a United States Senate campaign (CA), a United States House of Representatives campaign (NY) and two statewide ballot initiatives in California.
Kristin Rock
VP of Client Services at MACH Energy
Kristin heads the Client Services division for MACH Energy. She comes to MACH with more than a decade of energy management and technology experience, from building a successful enterprise energy management program at thousands of Petco Retail Stores to leading the Professional Services group at Phoenix Energy Technologies, and providing energy supply procurement strategies at Schneider Electric. Kristin has a BS in Psychology and Anthropology. Kristin advocates for a practical, commercial approach to sustainability and energy management initiatives.
